The third Test of the series between the West Indies and Australia will be held in Dominica from April 23-27. The match has been moved from Guyana after a dispute between the cricjet authorities and Government there.

Cabinet Secretary Felix Gregoire defended the granting of citizenship to West Indies cricketer Chanderpaul. He said citizenship can be granted under special circumstances. The circumstances, he said, was related to his cricket innings at the recent test match.

Less rain, more cricket

Today saw less rain and more cricket as the second day of the historic first test match in Dominica. Much of yesterday's play was lost due to rain showers, but though today's start was delayed by rain, the day eventually got off to a good start for India when they took the wicket of Chanderpaul.
